The local news is on here and there is someone trying to justify a local principle’s decision to falsify some sort of achievement test results of his high school students. Here in Georgia, we really are not known for our public education and frequently score at the bottom (or very close) of standardized tests.
So what about falsifying test results constitutes “good intentions”?...
